1. Project Background

The client wanted only relevant and interested people to fill the lead form and enquire about the apartment, and wanted to avoid junk leads.

2. Challenge:

The client, a real estate developer, approached us to promote their luxury 4BHK duplex apartments. Given the high-ticket value of the property, it was essential to identify and reach premium buyers in Mangalore city who had both the interest and purchasing power for such exclusive residences.

3. Execution & Actions

  • Conducted extensive research to identify high-end property buyers in the region.

  • Implemented refined targeting on Meta Ads, focusing on individuals with strong interests in luxury products and high-value real estate.

  • Restricted targeting to Mangalore and Udupi with a minimum radius for location accuracy.

  • Narrowed age demographics to ensure only the most relevant audiences were reached.

  • Optimized placements by excluding non-performing ones, focusing the budget on high-performing segments.

4. Results

  • Over a 4-month campaign period, the ads delivered impressive results:

    • 350 total enquiries generated.

    • 80+ potential buyers identified as qualified prospects.

    • Cost per Lead (CPL): ₹420.11.

    • CPL for potential buyers: ₹1,793.19.

    • CPM: ₹154.38.

    • CTR: 1.27%, reflecting strong engagement within the niche target audience.

    The campaign successfully attracted a qualified pool of buyers for a premium property, ensuring the client reached their target market effectively.
